Hence then on he takes resort in the affectionate homes of the job portals who showcase you so many opportunity, that you can not miss on signing up with them and there by making their business profitable and you are headed towards slow frustration phase. How they gain by you signing in, that we will discuss later, first we must see what you lose.
Having no other option you try every day to get any chance, visit the website day and night, register with many more other similar websites, keep applying for different jobs, and what you get in the end, nothing, no job. But we don't have any other way to face it, because these days the MNC's have made us rely on these portals because they have their own business tie ups, and this even reduces their trouble.
Government is'nt taking any interest into this field, and the unemployed engineers are day by day increasing.
Now lets see what they earn, the job portals, the first thing they do when you register with them, they distribute your email address to their allies. Distribute or we can say SELL.
Then they obviously charge the companies posting jobs on their portal. Then they provide those opportunity to only premium members(members who pay to get job), yes they have premium memberships, if you are in dark. Also Google Adsense, plus other open advertisements makes them rich while they just play with careers, they are doing business with our careers.
I consider it depressing. May be you too think the same.
