The challenge comes from the limited goo ball supplies, especially as a certain number of goo balls must travel along the structure to the end in order to complete the level. Here's a game that combines the city building of social games with Match 3 gameplay. The goal is to plant trees in order to form larger trees, but bears make this hard because they try to knock them down. Don't worry. By blocking off their moves, they can be taken out.
