jQuery is a cross-browser Javascript library, designed to simplify the client-side scripting of HTML. Since its release in January 2006, it has been the first choice of all Web Developers around the Globe to make their web projects more dynamic. jQuery is fast, concise, library that simplifies how to traverse HTML documents, handle events, perform animations, and add AJAX.
1. jQuery ++
This is a MIT licensed collection of extremely useful DOM helpers and special events for jQuery 1.7 and later. It provides low-level utilities for things that jQuery doesn't support. Such as, jQuery.animate which overwrites $.fn.animate to use CSS3 animations where possible and falls back to jQuery's animation otherwise.
2. gmaps.js
gmaps.js allows you to use the potential of Google Maps in a simple way. Now you do not have to worry about extensive documentation or large amount of codes.
3. jQuery Knob
Nice, downward compatible, touchable, jQuery dial.
Implemented Interactions : mouse click, and wheel mouse, keyboard (on focus) and fingers (touch events).

ddSlick is a free, lightweight jQuery plugin that allows you to create a custom drop down with images with a few lines of coding. It allows JSON to populate the drop down options.

10. Super Scroll Orama
This is a plugin for introducing Super cool Scroll animation to your web project. This is an awesome jQuery plugin, my personal favourite.
11. Ascensor
Ascensor is a jQuery project which aims to train and adapt content according to an elevator system. It is a perfect plugin to create a page slider type web project, in which navigation through pages is simply accomplished by sleek sliding effects.
12. Lake.js
Lake.js takes an image element and inserts a canvas element displaying the image and its flipped reflection directly below the image element and also adds a lake like ripple effect(waves) to the reflection, which makes your image sprung to life.
13. Real Shadow
A plugin that casts photo-realistic shadows. It works in any browser supporting CSS box-shadow property.
Its perfect to create eye-catching demos and landing pages.
14. MiniJs
MiniJs provides a complete suite of simple and consistent jQuery plugins including Image Slider, Tooltip, Counter, Notification, Dropdown etc.
15. Pep
Pep was built out of a need for kinetic drag support for both mobile and desktop devices (click & drag). It uses the best of jQuery's animate functions along with CSS3 animations.
